Waited for 3hrs and nobody called me when the vehicle is ready. Also my vehicle immediately showed "maintenance remainder lights" which they forget to reset. Now I can see another warning "Volvo on call required maintenance". Seeing all these, I have high doubts on how good my vehicle was serviced.
I was happy with my experience in that the fuse was finally addressed. But when I called to get a Lyft since the car could not be returned till days later through vallet I got grief that they usually don’t offer to where I live. I’m not sure if that was told to me so I’d be grateful or idk? Either way I’m only 20miles away. When I paid the amount I was given was incorrect. When I made the appointment I made it with the 89.95 special that was on the website. I pointed this out. The two workers didn’t know about their own special. One of them called Jake to verify price whom didn’t answer. I’m not sure why? It doesn’t have to be approved it’s listed on Volvo Arrowhead website as a special. The checkout price being an error wasn’t a big deal it workers not being aware of it that I felt I had to prove it. I’ll continue coming to Arrowhead but today experience was kind of annoying.
