Antonio was great.
He got my car in at short notice, low battery. He also arranged transportation to and from home.
Everything was done on time so I was able to make an appointment.
Antonio kept me informed though out the entire process. Superior customer service.

The time it took to change my oil was over 5 hours the staff where very unfriendly and unprofessional when I asked why this is the care of it taking so long when I made an appointment I was told that they have had an influx of people and not enough technicians. I was never communicated while my car was there thankfully I had someone to pick me up because I was originally going to wait because in previous appointments it’s only taken and hour or two at most. The new service tech I had was not very professional and didn’t seem to care.

Bring car in to get a broken windshield fixed that was broken at the dealership the last time I came. Car is brought back to me with a chip in the center of the new windshield. Zero response besides, “that unfortunately happens.” Talked to manager and was told same thing. No discount on services I just paid for. No discount on next services I’ll pay for. Now I’ll gladly drive an inconvenient distance out of spite for the way this was handled. My car is fully paid off and about the time I’d like to buy another Volvo for my wife. Now out of spite won’t go to arrowhead.
