Jake did a great job of moving the service along, while keeping me informed along the way. Always got my approval before work was started. Their team was very helpful getting items moved into our loaner car.

Ali is wonderful. Trinity Gayagas should take some lessons from her. I would purchase a car from Ali anytime. However if Trinity stays on in any position I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Arrohead Volvo which I have btw. I will NEVER get past her lack of professionalism and lack of kindness. For a women in that position she should at the very least be kind.
