Jake always does an excellent job as a Volvo service technician. I gave him my Volvo coupon mailer entrusting him to give the most savings possible depending on what service work would be completed. It turns out (unknown to me) that the R engine mount needed to be replaced, thereby causing the service bill to be higher. Jake did me right, he was able to reduce the bill by $98, every little bit helps. On a separate subject, I think the Boeing company could learn a thing or two from Volvo on how to run a business. This was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had will never take my vehicle to that dealership again.
