I received a warm greeting from "Art" cannot recall his full name but u did pronounce it corrctly when I met him and that continued through to Richard who provided promotion service, answered all of my questions and got me in and out in a very reasonable time frame.

While I always appreciate the customer service I get from Jake. I can no longer trust my vehicle to the service dept ever again after the last unacceptable incident with the strut bolts not being put back on after my last service at Arrowhead. This put my family and I in potential grave danger as well as damage to my vehicle. And sadly I would have never known if it hadn’t been for the auto body shop that noticed it and called it to my attention.
