I called the Volvo service department and spoke with Jacob. He scheduled me the following day for an oil change and also greeted us when we came in in the morning for the oil change. The oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time and an inspection of the vehicle was also done And found everything working fine. He recommended a tire rotation and alignment. We agreed with him and had the work done. That was the second time we’ve dealt with Jacob and wouldn’t mind seeing him again. He was courteous and attentive throughout the whole experience today.
