Dropped my car off first thing in the morning with plans of getting a loaner vehicle. Planned my day around that. When I dropped it off I was told no loaner vehicles were available- I should have been told this in advance. Thankfully a Lyft was called for me to take me home. I was told my service would only be 2-3 hours. After 5 hours not hearing from anyone, I called to get an update. Alli told me it would only be another hour. 2 hours later, I tried to call back and did not hear from Alli for another 50 minutes. My car ended up staying over night, which inconvenienced me completely the next day as I had to go to work. I am extremely unhappy with the total lack of communication. Volvo dropped the ball on this one.

Antonio pointed out to me that I could get a wheel alignment at half price so I had that done and upon its completion he explained to me the results in a way that I could understand. He came to me in the lobby several times as progress was being made on my service call. It was a pleasure working with him.

I had my service on Tuesday which included about $280 of work. N Wednesday I got a certificate in the Mail from Volvo for a $25 credit for any service. I would like the credit applied to my Visa card on file. A please confirm this will be done. I can emailor text you a copy of the certificate.

Randy made sure I had a rental car, I explained the problem. The car needs service reminder would show up. It was reset and once I turned the car on it would show up again. Randy made sure it was fixed and that I was satisfied with the service was done properly. He went above and beyond his job that it was done properly and I was satisfied.
