Bad customer service, Horrible experience . They say one thing and don’t do anything. This was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had will never take my vehicle to that dealership again. Sorry for saying that because I like Volvo cars but after this experience I am putting my Volvo up for sale.

I do not like how dealerships can capriciously add charges for "shop supplies/materials" (over $45.00 on my recent visit) without itemizing them. This is just a means of "legally, but unjustly" increasing revenue. It's criminal! You can't make a decent profit on an hourly shop rate of $200.00 per hour?
