Service was unable to be complete because service person thought he had the part but they didn’t have it so what should have been a 1 hour appointment. Went for 5-6 hours before the person called me and the car had to stay overnight. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issue like this and I will be taking my car to the other dealership in town from now on.

Dropped my car off at 9am. Told probably 3 hours (noon). Work completed at 4pm. Told bill was $749.95 plus tax. I scheduled online thru website where it states $581.96. Had to go back and forth to get the price they listed on website.
