As always, Jacob makes sure whatever service I’m visiting for is handled well and efficiently. This one involved following through to install wheel locks on a new vehicle. John, the service manager apologized for the locks not already being installed when the car was delivered. John asked Jacob to work with Bailey to provide a remote service call to install the locking lug nuts. It was convenient and Bailey called right before arriving to make sure we were ready for him. As always, GREAT Arrowhead Volvo service!

My 2021 XC40 was in to replace the drivers seat heater pad. When I arrived Brian Lawrence immediately greeted me, got me checked in, and had my loaner ready to go. He checked in by text message and promised to let me know ahead of time when my car would be ready. Brian always does a great job of setting expectations and always delivers. Always a great experience, I love my Volvo and I think a lot of that has to do with the service team and how kind they are when I come in. I’m always treated fairly and know my best interests are being cared for. Everything was mostly good, a few concerns about the recommendations, tech forgot to place an oil change reminder sticker, not a big deal, a bigger deal is that oily finger prints were left on my steering wheel and door handle.
