Though disappointed that the car didn't get fixed, we very much appreciated all Antonio did for us - offering to come pick up the car in Wickenburg and leave us a loaner car. Very thoughtful of him.

Verry desapointed! After i deliver my car for oil change, they told me my plan will cover and will be no extra payments. After, when the car was ready they ask me money. I payed, just because my sister was boght a Volvo from u and she will come back. But next time when u need money for food or for make up, it s enougf if u say:” Adrian can i get 100 $ because i m hunggry?”
And i will give u, i promise! Don t take money from me without my aproval with BS excuses! Respect your word and you will get respect back!

The issue is my fault not yours. I was told that I needed to replace my fan motor to stop the whining sound that seemed to come from the fan. I did not ask Jake to listen to the sound nor did I ask for your tech to see it might be caused by something else. The fan & resistor were replaced & unfortunately I still have the whining sound. Expensive repair & unfortunately it didn't stop the sound. Jake didn't ask to hear the sound but I didn't think anything about that. Live & learn!
