Absolutely horrible service!! From arguing over what warranty I have to not doing the job to completion. It took me telling Ali that I was going to call Volvo Austin to figure it out myself for her to actually do her job. It was amazing once I said that she had it figured out within 40 min. They had my car for 10 days and when I went to get it was not even vacuumed as receipt said it was. It’s a shame when you buy a car that is meant to be a luxury vehicle and pay $900 a month and receive such horrible service. I receive better service taking my husbands truck to get serviced in Toyota. At this point I am ready to be done with Volvo all around and I’ll probably need to take it to another dealership just to make sure any service was actually completed.
