I took an appointment for just checking my Battery.I came on time.It too them more than 2 hours. I ask what is the reason for the delay.I was told that this is the new normal.This is not my the last 40 experience with volvo.I am very disappointed

Ali was great, she helped us with the service today and have only positive feedback, but the sales management however was abysmal. I bought the car last year with an I owe you to repaint a scratch. At the time of buy the sales person told me to let it get fixed on the next service (which was today). The management decided not to fix the scratch because they claimed it had a 30 day time limit on the I owe you. Even though they could see it was the same scratch and that I had not used the I owe you yet. I believed the sales person at the time. I am still shocked how short sighted this decision is and it confirms to me the true nature of this business. You lost a customer today. I will make sure that my social network will know.
