Dropped the car off Thursday morning, was told it would be ready to pick up Friday, and then the communication disappeared. I had to reach out twice to check on the status before finally picking up the vehicle Monday evening. I don’t have a problem with how long it took, I do have a problem with the lack of communication and updates on progress when it was 2 days past what I was initially quoted. I bought a Volvo again because I had enjoyed the customer service and experience I had when working with the dealership in the past, but this experience fell a little behind what I experienced in my previous Volvo ownership.
