Overall my experience was good. The only thing that is disappointing is when I bring it in for service the “car wash” is not very good and my car never gets vacuumed on the inside. It’s a minor thing. I don’t expect a detailing or anything but I feel a better effort could be made especially since it’s something that is so heavily talked about when buying the car or coming in for service. Also the prices online when booking are lower than what is actually charged. I feel that needs to be updated. My tech was very kind and I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from him overall.

It took repeated comments and persistence on my end to get the car evaluated properly ultimately leading to the diagnosis of the issue. There were several breakdowns in communication between the service advisors as well. It took longer than planned to complete the repairs. I was informed about the car being ready and it was going to get washed-when I picked up the car it was clear it hadn’t been washed as there were fingerprints and a few greasy areas on the front from the work…
