I was told when the leak was found that the tire was ordered and it would be in Volvo that Friday. I had to schedule bringing it in after the Christmas period. I came to Volvo to get the tire replaced as scheduled on Tuesday December 26th the day after Christmas.. I got in @ 0900 that morning.. Later I was told the tire was in fact not in and would not be delivered until sometime between 10:00 and 3:00 by Fed Ex that day. So I was ferried the 37 miles back home. At 3:30 thst afternoon I was told the tire was in and installed on the car. Because of then existing logistical issues I could not get the car until Wednesday morning. I was ferried back to Volvo Wednesday morning and picked it up. Bill Koehn
