Service for my ceramic coating was mediocre and was not done right. I can see swirls marks in the hood and driver side fender and the rest of the car was not completely done, I’m very unsatisfied. They told me it would took a full day to get it done right, it literally took them couple hours. I know something a little bit about detailing cars and the majority of it is prepping the surface so when they apply the ceramic coating it will fill any imperfection and I see the end result it showed me The lack of knowledge and skills and ship. Nobody came out and explain anything to me about the job that was done to my vehicle. My time is important to me so this is my second day I had to takeoff from work heading back up to Volvo to speak with a manager. I hope someone could clear this up for me and tell me how they are going to make this right.
