I brought my car in for a flat tire. Volvo arrowhead refused to honor the tire and wheel agreement that I was paying extra for each month. I had to get Volvo Courtesy involved to get the agreement honored. At least I know I purchased my car from the right dealership, who will do their best to honor their word. I hope I never have the unfortunate experience of stepping foot into Volvo arrowhead again.
