In all my years of dealing with service reps and auto dealers, I can honestly say that Sandra was the best overall experience. Sandra responded quickly, provided additional information regarding the availability of the new sunroof glass and throughout kept in touch. I called two other Volvo dealers and one never got back to me and the other one called me back 5 hours after my initial call - by that time we were already leaving Volvo Cars of Arrowhead with our sunroof sealed until it could be replaced. Cudos to Sandra, overwhelming best service rep. My wife totally agrees. My insurance company wanted us to go with Sunroof Express but after the quick response from Sandra and the quick fix to get us back on the road we both preferred to have Volvo Cars of Arrowhead complete the replacement of the sunroof. Thank you
