It was another good experience in the service department and Sandra is professional and easy to work with. I do appreciate all the courtesy offers from the dealership worthy of the premium brand it represents.

The video inspection I received, which was clearly my car, showed tire inspections of 7/32” tread depth. The report I received said I had a leaking seal and owed over $1,000. It also showed much less tread depth and the last page of the report was for a completely different car. I think my report was mixed with another car.
