The mechanic did not put the removed parts in the trunk as required by our insurance company. Big problem for us. Also Julie has found trash in the car from the mirror job.

There seems to be some issues regarding the car wash service. Was promised to be washed and ready at a certain time. When I arrived it was not done. The service manager had to go to the car wash facility to retrieve my car, still not cleaned. No big issue for me and I only mention it because you may want to look at it from an inertial perspective. Bottom line, does not take away from my overall rating of the service provided.

My concerns are that the pre- acquisition checks were not done correctly
30k service light on when we were assured completed
Rain sensor fault- tried to rectify with software update resulted in me being there 4 hours with no resolution
Software should be up to date when you buy the car!
