As always the service at the Honda dealer in Galeta was great! I didn’t have an appointment because I didn’t realize there was a problem with my tire. I just thought it needed more air. As it turned out there was a nail in the wall and it couldn’t be repaired. They quickly got me in and put a new tire On. Carlos was very helpful and efficient

I will never use Honda of Santa Barbara again. I will tell all my friends and business associates of the atrocious service. Before I was asked why I brought my vehicle in, I was immediately told my alignment was off and my tires were “splitting”. The vehicle is less than 2 years old, under warranty, and had an alignment done at a reputable company 2 weeks ago! And, this diagnosis was made without my 3 other tires being examined! Then, when I said I didn’t want an alignment, I was told I should have my 30,000 mile service done and my air filter and cabin filter changed. My husband changed these filters less than 3 months ago! All of these suggestions were made BEFORE looking at my vehicle!! So, Honda of SB, either Abel is a “magical wizard” who can discern all these problems with my car inside of 3 minutes without looking at it OR, he tried to intimidate and upscale me because I’m a woman! We checked Yelp and found MANY OTHER female customers who had the same “alignment issue”. So either Honda can’t make a vehicle with a stable alignment, OR there is a problem with this employee. As soon as we saw the Yelp reviews, we called and said to stop work on a vehicle and picked it up immediately! This is our second Honda, and we will likely purchase more, however, NEVER from this dealership, nor will we have ANY car serviced there. We also left a Yelp review. Good Luck.
