It ended up being 4 hours
I had a reservation and it seemed to make no difference.

I came for regular oil change maintenance and a nail in one of the tires. I complained about tire pressure dropping due to the nail. They promised to repair and said they pulled out the nail and no repair needs for the tire. But the tire pressure is still dropping. When I checked the tire, I am able to see the nail still in my tire. How should I trust Honda SB for my safety. I am traveling and will not be available for immediate repair now. Who is liable to cover any damages this might be causing? I am totally dissatisfied.

I have always been completely satisfied in the past but this time I had a couple of disappointments. First I was informed I had three nails in my right front tire but that they could only patch two and no more. I was offered the choice of getting four new tires from you. I chose to check with a friend. Instead of putting on the spare the tire with nails in it was put back on which was a safety issue. I also was asked if I would like my car washed and I said yes but the wash job was never done. By the way I was able to get three patches on my tire.
