My thanks and appreciation to the Honda Goleta team especially Able and Scott who both assured me, listened to my concerns, and also understood my concerns due to the unusual excess pricing of replacing components of the airbags. Being possibly one of 1-3% who need to do this I will continue the process and contact Honda Corporate to match or to reiemburse the amount that I personally paid in order to repair this unusual problem for the safety of my family! I appreciated very much Honda Goleta for offering the financial courtesy which Indid receive which was very important to me!

Bonnie did a fantastic job. She assisted me from the moment I called and set my appointment till the service of vehicle was completed and other issue resolved. I was very pleased that Bonnie kept me informed with all the steps of the maintenance and repairs. When job was completed I received a curtesy call and was offer shuttle service. Again I am very please with Bonnie as my service advisor and the service I received at Santa Barbara Honda. Keep up the Good Work!!!
