Jim went out of his way to ensure that his estimate was closely matched, that the job was finished in a timely manner (50 minutes from start to finish!), and even took the time to get to know me and ask about my day. I popped in on a whim after an exhausting day of running a summer camp, and he not only lifted my spirits with his professionalism and kindness, but also restored my faith in Santa Barbara Honda. I haven’t been getting my leased vehicle serviced there, due to poor service and long wait times in the past, but after such amazing service today, I will be returning for all of my future needs.
