My experience today was less than ideal. There was no communication throughout the day regarding what was happening. I dropped off the car at 7:30 am, and didn’t hear anything until I called at 3:40. The conversation between myself and Melanie was frustrating and I felt as though there should have been more communication on her part. I will be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow.
