I made an appointment for 9:30am on Friday for the A1 service on my car consisting of an oil change and tire rotation and was promised that it'd be ready at 3pm. I ended up waiting until 5:30pm to be able to pick up my car, which by then, my advisor has already left. It's ridiculous that I make an appointment, yet it still took 8 hours to do an oil change and a tire rotation that takes at most an hour to complete.

Jim Woltman is the man! He mentioned something about retirement today and I made him promise me 5 more years. I nearly cried.he is an absolute gem to work with. I saw him treat an older lady right before me with such kindness, respect and immediate attention. She came to him after she paid because she was dumbfounded on how little her bill was for the excellent service she got and he just smiled and wished her well and on her way. He is a gem and Honda should do everything in their power to keep him around for as long as they can.

Melanie did an excellent job managing my service appointment, managing expectations and helping me work my schedule. She did tell me more than once, though that the service techs test-drove the car as part of their assessment, yet I noticed the odometer hadn’t advanced. This leads me to doubt that the techs had done so. Can you please comment?

This is the 3rd time tech has changed several setting in the car & did not put them back ! This visit , the auto on headlights were turned off again , they are set up so it occurs without trying to find the setting in the dark ! My wife had a difficult time looking for this setting ... also the seat was moved & setting changed . Please , this was just an oil change , please return setting to what the customer set it for- you few minute inconvenience should not be the focus.. again , this was the third time to have that changed , not sure how many other settings were changed !????
