Jim was great but Honda's warranty and repair policy/replacement parts ****. I just had my car's power steering wire harness replaced a month ago and the same thing happened again. The info Jim told me this week was told to me last month by the service technician not did they do the extra steps they did today the first time. Very dissatisfied.
