To Whom it May Concern,
I'm writing to you because I am an unhappy customer.
On July 2, 2019 I brought my car to you because of a punctured tire. Honda service put on my spare and asked me to return the next day at 1:00pm.The technician failed to fix the tire so he just installed a brand new one. I was sure that the tire could be repaired so I asked to have the original tire back to see why they could not repair it. I noticed that the mechanic did not even remove the nail or attempt to fix it. He also scratched my wheel rim which I specifically mentioned to be careful of. My understanding is that the repair would cost around $20. Instead I left the shop paying over$170.
The attached receipt says that the puncture is located in the sidewall but it is clearly in the tread. I took the original tire to the local tire shop and the technicians are confident that this is a minor repair procedure.
Can you please give attention to my original tire and repair it as originally discussed? I would also like to return the new tire with a full reimbursement.
I will be happy to write a letter of satisfaction if this matter is resolved.
