I have filled out these surveys on numerous occasions and I hope they don’t serve as just lip service but benefit the people who are the direct contact between customer/client and the company. I have been using Santa Barbara Honda for approximately 5 years, in this time my service has been managed by a few of Honda’s representatives. I no longer enter the lottery for representatives but ask for Bonnie Jimenez. Bonnie has one of the most customer focused approaches over any other service department I have been associated with in the USA and Australia (I have mentioned this in prior appraisals)I cannot go much further than to say that Bonnie is a eexemplary person and ambassador for Honda. It would be appreciated if this appraisal is verified as being received and passed onto all concerned. Regards Michael

I had my car towed to your facility for service, and when I called at 20am for an update I never heard back, so I called again at 2 PM for an update my rep told me that my car was not there, so I had to research with the tow company and in fact my car was there since 9am. I don’t appreciate getting the runaround. I’ve always had a positive experience bringing my car to your facility, but I don’t think I will be returning.
