Bonnie was another excellent service advisor. I try to request Jim Woltman normally, because he’s by chance been been my assigned service provider and I really appreciate his professionalism, as well as his helpful communication with me as a “less-than-knowledgeable” car driver. However, I was very happy with my experience with Bonnie as well. She too was very professional, friendly, and provides both a quick quote for me prior to the service as well as a quick battery replacement. I’m happy to have Bonnie or Jim as my service advisor any time moving forward. Thank you, Bonnie!

Jim has been my service advisor multiple times now and he provides the best customer service I’ve seen from an in-person service department in years. He’s always helpful in explaining the services I am getting and why I need them (because I always ask). This most recent visit was for my ~30,000 mile service. At my previous service appointment he had given me a heads up that this next service was going to be on the more expensive side (close to $700). To me this is going above and beyond because I have been surprised by large service charges at other dealerships simply because it was not communicated to me prior to the appointment. This allowed me to save up for my 30,000 miles service so I felt confident going in since I knew what to expect and understood the reason for the higher than usual cost. I now request Jim as my service advisor whenever possible - thank you so much, Jim!
