We brought our vehicle in due to a problem with the air vents and A/C or so we thought. It turned out that it was a rat infestation. Your service department cleared out the nest but decided it was alright to send us home in a filthy car. There was rat feces and debris on the front passenger seat and all over the floor in the back. Disgusting.
