Jim was amazing! I arrived in the afternoon without an appointment and he immediately stepped forward and took charge of the situation. He tested the car and came up with a diagnosis that was later confirmed. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, humorous and extremely helpful. He reassured me that the repairs wouldn’t take too long and that he would look into the possibility of no charge. He listened to my concerns and paid attention to my stories of past car troubles with the same issue. He also offered to have the car washed. He kept me informed of the progress and was cheerful and supportive. What an excellent man! Thank you, Jim!

Jim and his staff diagnosed my poor condition alternator and replaced it quickly. My alternator’s bearings were loud and I was getting check battery light when I was driving through Santa Barbara on Wednesday evening. I used my Waze for a close Honda dealer and it brought me to Santa Barbara Honda. The service department was closed but the Sales Manager Greg helped me find a local hotel for family and I. He said the Service Department would be first thing in the morning Thursday. They were in at 7:30 am and finished by 10:30 am. They were all excellent to work with.
