Bonnie did a fine job of diagnosing and getting the proper fix in place to take care of our problem. She’s also very nice. We will come back here because of her diligence!

My service rep Jim Woltman is always available and responds to my concerns. He was concerned about the front brakes and had the pads replaced. Because I had to wait for this he gave me a delicious lunch - hamburger and french fries. Who could beat this service and the added benefit!!

Carlos Lira was helpful and friendly. He arranged for a tow truck to come to my house and pick up my 2003 Honda, which needed a recall. Carlos emailed me with updates when my car was at the Honda dealership. He did an excellent job from start to finish.
