Carlos was great. The car turned out to not be ready when I arrived on the shuttle. I had asked that it be washed. Due to that and another issue I had to wait an hour. Carlos did the best he could in accommodating me and communicating with those working on the car. Were it not for Carlos efforts I would have been more frustrated. His service and work ethic keeps customers.

He is the reason I would buy another Honda and have it maintained with Jim's oversight. For the past 4 years, he has been attentive to my car and its service. I could not ask for a better repair supervisor. He is an asset to your company and you should value his dutiful and personal service. These sorts of folks in the car biz are hard to come by....
