Bonnie was superb. However, when I brought my car in recently I told the service intake person (not Bonnie) that the car was stalling when cold. They did not investigate this so when I got it back after the service the stalling continued. Then, this time they investigated it and found that the problem was with the valves. What did I pay for in a service if they don’t notice a valve problem that is identified by the computer? Why did this not show up in the service?
