I received call at 11:45 that my vehicle was done, but was told I couldn’t get a shuttle ride until between 2:00 and 3:00. Once I got to the dealership and paid, the service writer called for my car to be brought up. I waited 10 minutes and then asked someone to check on it. They couldn't find it by number so came back and got my invoice so they would have the license plate. End result I waited 20 minutes after paying for my car.
