Carlos was great! I needed to wait for my car even though Carlos said I would need to leave it all day. I took it in at 8 and He called at 9:45 saying I could pick it up. I was walking out to the beAch from the dealership and so came back. Carlos was so kinda and helpful. He tried hard to make sure I got my car back ASAP. Santa Barbara Honda and Carlos Lira rock!!
