Since it was a sliced O ring I wonder how many other Hondas will have this problem as the service man who fixed it said it was so small tou can not see it, and I am really concerned how many are running the started, battery to get trying ever time to start the car.

I was charged for a tire rotation that I wasn’t asked if I wanted and then they didn’t put new wiper blades on as I had requested. After some discussion I was given a coupon for a free tire rotation and then the blades were put on after the fact. I felt like I was the bad guy in all this.
I had called in yesterday to make an appointment but it had never been scheduled. Then once I arrived for the oil change I was told that it would take 3 hours which no one had told me. On the plus side they did change the oil in less than an hour.
Ocean Honda has always been wonderful in their service and customer relations.

I do not answer the surveys because they are too long. I would recommend
trying a new system of response from customers: ask them to write one
sentence of approval or disapproval with a reason for either opinion.
In this case I needed a tire replaced. Jim explained that he could try to
patch it. I said I'd rather have a new tire. He had it quickly replaced,
and the "tiny" spare was reinstalled in the trunk. It was simple and at
all times I felt safe from Covid19 since all personnel were masked.
