I had another advisor who kept sending me away and suggesting I get the Honda extended warranty (we have an extended warranty through another company from whom we had purchased the vehicle less than a year ago). I was getting frustrated and confused and I accidentally ended up with a different service advisor when I called again and this advisor (Carlos) helped me without question and even handled all the warranty information directly with the extended warranty company. It was soooo helpful and so refreshing to just have someone get the work done instead of having me run is circles. Carlos seriously rocks. He deserves a raise.
