Jim did a fine job the female service writer was a joke. She skipped writing my car and took a customer who arrived 10 minutes after me. I'm not a child but my time is important to and that lady get f in my book. To ignore me and service a customer who was behind me. I was very angry I almost left but Jim saw i was angry and took my information and got me taken care of.
If that happens again I will find another place to service my car.

Bonnie was incredible. She went out of her way to do a contactless pickup for me because I have an autoimmune disease and need to be extremely cautious. My one complaint is that the gentleman who works in the booth behind Bonnie was not wearing his mask over his nose or mouth the whole time I was there, including when he was talking to customers. It was very concerning to me.
