Roger was very helpful from the moment that I got to the service center. He made sure that I understood the items that my car was going to be checked for and when there was a charge error he caught it and corrected it before it was even brought to my attention. My car was serviced quickly and he followed up with a call and text to let me know it was done. I couldn’t be happier.
