Hey man listen.
I’m pretty easy going and usually pretty chill but I showed up with a problem with windshield wiper fluid. Found out it was the tubing connecting the windshield wiper fluid and the windshield wipers was severed that’s fine. But I was told it was rodent damage. I don’t think it was. Whatever agree to disagree. I’ve seen a lot of rodent damage and that for sure wasn’t but we couldn’t agree on that.
The main thing is when I’m told I need to be there by 10am so that it can be done in a couple hours before lunch and I get there at 10 and the guy says “oh we’re gonna need it all day” and I haven’t planned for that. You can see how that could make me angry and unsatisfied. Now they did get it done right around 3 hours and I was out of there at like 1:30 or 2 so that was chill and I’m glad that the quote was exactly what I was quoted but maybe you guys could just work tougher more about the actual timing of things so people aren’t caught off guard
