Bought my civic 2017 ex-t as certified preowned on May 09, 2020. Did my 1st servicing and oil change on Nov 7 2020. The brake tests recommended 'might require future attention' (yellow box). Did my 2nd oil change on May 22, 2021, the brake tests now recommended 'good working condition' (green box). How can the brake quality improve on not doing anything? On asking what's wrong I was told, 'Nov 7, 2021 tests are "wrong"', Quoting from car inspection in 2020, the brake quality was good.
This entirely raises questions as to how authentic inspections are carried out at santa barbara honda. How can someone say tests are 'wrong'!! This has seriously shattered my trust on this Honda dealership.
