Bonnie was very knowledgeable about her job. She was also very polite and welcoming when I called to set up the time for the job and the cost. I’ll call again the next time I need some work on my Honda.

I am actually Yes and No. the work that was done was fine, Carlos is great, and I understand not being able to do anything about the intermittent starting issue without spending a lot of time and money on the problem. My gripe is that the technician noted on the inspection checklist that both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were dirty, and I don’t see any indication on the work order that those were replaced. I *gladly* would have paid for that if I had been told, but I wasn’t. If they were replaced I humbly apologize, but if they weren’t, that is a gripe :-( Rob P
