I started taking my car to Honda after buying it from Carmax and everytime I take it I don’t want anyone else beside Bonnie that is how amazing she is. She has the greatest customer service I have ever been given and she always makes me feel like I can bring my car here without feeling stressed and always helps me if I have problems with my car and she is very clear about everything.

I noticed a buzzing sound when I turned my AC on. They changed the cabin air filter today, so I believe something wasn’t put in right. Now I have to go back to have them look. It’s very inconvenient to have to go, leave my car and be careless for hours when I have 2 kids and 35 weeks pregnant.

I called to ask if I needed an appointment for a key fob replacement and was informed I did not. That we should go to the service department and it will take 10 minutes. We had to come back and it took an hour and cost over 300 dollars. Bonnie was great!

The wait was long! I brought my car in around 8:15, and the service department was so busy that I didn't hear anything about my car until 4 hours later. I know they couldn't diagnose my car right away, because there were just too many cars needing service at the same time. If there is a way to shorten the time from drop off to pick up, that would be great.

I always love having Bonnie taking care of me whenever I show up. She always tells me exactly what I need to get done. If I only go there for oil changes, she’ll only charge me for oil changes which is always greatly appreciated. She is unmatched by any other service advisor I’ve ever worked with. I’m super happy whenever I see Bonnie, and so is my grandpa; since he introduced me to Bonnie. Thank you!
