Everything was taken care of promptly, finished early, and at less expense than expected. I was also advised about services that would be needed soon. Very helpful. Cheerful attitude.

When I arrived, I was told you were short staffed due to Covid outbreak. I waited in wait area for car while it was serviced. It was suppose to be done by 10 am. I had made an appointment a week ago. At 9:35 am my car still had not been looked at as I saw it parked out back . I asked manager to check . He was great and personally got my car right in to be serviced. When I was paying I noticed a woman behind the cashier with no mask on. Btw Masks are Mandated for ALL indoor areas, including offices . Next when I went out to get my car an employee who had been out back smoking , was proceeding to move all of the. Liens service cars . This guy was literally hacking away - coughing - not covering his mouth and he did not have a mask on ! There he was maskless and coughing away inside your clients cars !! This is utterly unconscionable. Not following safety guidelines whatsoever. If I get Covid , I’ll know who to call !!!!
