Repeated voicemail requests for callback to schedule an appointment for service did not bring responses. Calls made to the main phone number went straight to the voicemail of a service advisor (who didn’t call back). It took a call to a Ventura phone number to reach the office so I could be connected to the department manager. Once scheduled, the work was done timely and satisfactorily. Should I have a repeat of this experience in the future, I will sever my many-year experience with SB Honda. This example is one of how not to treat a customer.
