Bonnie Jimenez provided excellent service as always, with quick and clear communications.
My one concern is the cost of addressing a rattling noise in the left rear wall of the van. It turned out to be a loose tool knocking into the spare tire, which lies flat under the trunk floor.
The cost to set the tool back in its place was $160.
No new parts were needed. This reflects the cost of labor only. How much time did it actually take Mr. Nguyen to locate the source of the sound? Is $160 fair to the customer?
I have never argued over the cost of automobile service, but this relatively small thing does not sit right with me.
