Bonnie was absolutely AMAZING!!! :) she’s great with customer service. However, I brought my car in to Honda to see how my brakes were doing and to check everything else. Honda charged me for a “major service” and new brake pads. $805 later, I left with my car and it seemed to be worse than when I brought it in to be fixed. When stepping on the brakes, my car shudders almost thudding. My car also feels like the gears are having trouble shifting. I called Bonnie right away and told her my concerns. She was very kind on the phone and is having me bring in my car tomorrow morning to have it get checked out. If Honda tries to charge me more money for something they did wrong, I will not pay and I will request to speak to someone about this. I really hope this all can be resolved tomorrow. I greatly appreciate Bonnie’s help with this, and hope my car will be fixed in the end.

She seemed fair and honest and did not try to sell me Unnecessary work. Not going to buy tires from Santa Barbara Honda I’d rather buy them from the tire Company where I can get a more fair price. Nothing was mentioned this time about the alleged oil leak or the bad battery.
