We didn't know that our Honda CRV had not been smogged recently. We got a friendly, courteous call twice that day and were told to bring the car in at 9:30 A.M. the next day. The car needed a part so we began to worry about what else was wrong with car. The part came in that evening and was installed and the car was ready the next day!
