I felt like the service writer was trying to exempt her mechanics from any liability event though the issue I brought up was a simple squeaking noise that started after getting the car back from performing warranty work.
The manager saved the day in this instance. He test drove the car with my wife and was able to fix the issue. It was a loose screw under the dashboard. I am grateful for his actions.
